Our studio delivers Tuesday through Friday between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM (EST). For deliveries outside this window, we offer custom delivery service for commissions beginning at $1,000. This ensures we can provide the same level of care and attention to your arrangement, regardless of timing.

For special requests or urgent deliveries, reach out directly, we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Each arrangement includes fresh seasonal flowers sourced daily, our contemporary design approach, a selected ceramic vase, and care instructions. Handwritten notes available upon request.

We work with the day's premium market selections, ensuring peak quality and seasonal authenticity.

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our arrangements, we do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

We will provide delivery notifications; however, if no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, we cannot guarantee its condition upon later retrieval.

Refunds may be considered under special circumstances and must be supported with appropriate documentation.

For smaller gatherings, we recommend reaching out 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Weddings, large installations, and brand activations require 6 to 8 weeks lead time. This allows us to source materials thoughtfully, develop your custom concept, and ensure every detail aligns with your vision.
